Introduction to advanced claim validation processes: employing multiple planned-claim message types feeding a planned claim database. Service center claims are validated against that database with benefits for correct claims categorizing, pricing, and scheduled automatic payment of service center claims. Automatic processing of 150,000 claims annually, this approach allows detailed reconciliation reporting on claim item level, avoiding overpayments, ensuring positive cash flow at all times. In parallel, improved controlling of service parts supply chain keeps track of seed and replenishment field units.
