SAP MRO/Service Management Consultant (Nationwide)
Detailed Position Description
As an SAP MRO Service Management consultant you are involved with all day to day aspects of an SAP project implementation.
Responsibilities include identifying and designing requirements, system development, testing, training and support.
Core Skills required:
Strong knowledge of MRO/Service Management:
CS, SD or PM module and their
integration across SAP. Also we'd consider SAP consultants; with general background
in Logistics eager to learn MRO.
Requirements/skill set/length of time
SAP Plant Maintenance or Service Management & Customer Service or Sales and Distribution skills.
- Strong configuration skill in Equipment master, Task Lists, BOM, Serial numbers, Work center, Warranty, Service Notification, Service orders, Service Contract
- Desirable: knowledge of service costing and billing, variant configuration, ippE (MPL). Service Process background: In-house-, Field Service Repair process
- Desirable: Iintegration with other modules of SAP
- Overall knowledge of SAP Logistics modules and their integration with SD, Finance, Controlling and BW
- Previous consulting experience out of service or complex manufacturing industry
- 4+ years overall experience
Other experience required:
- 2+ years of previous SAP experience
- Completed at least one full cycle implementations
- Ability to work as team player
- Excellent client facing communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel
- Strong problem solving skills
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor
Travel required: 100% or None if located in project location
