SAP SM - Service Management Full Time Position
Detailed Position Description
As part of the client SAP PMO (Project Management Organization) you are involved with all day to day aspects of the SAP project implementation for the Service Management solution.
Responsibilities include identifying and translating business requirements into a solution, system config, testing, training and support.
Core Skills required:
Good knowledge of SAP Service Management processes and configuration, good knowledge of CS (SM) module. Ideally also SD module.
Requirements/Skill Set
SAP Plant Maintenance or Service Management & Customer Service or Sales and Distribution skills.
- Configuration skills in Equipment master, Task Lists, BOM, Serial numbers, Work center, Warranty, Service Notification, Service orders, Service Contract
- Desirable: knowledge of service costing and billing
- Service Process background:
In-house-,
Field Service Repair process - Desirable: Iintegration with other modules of SAP
- Overall knowledge of SAP Logistics modules and their integration with SD, Finance, Controlling and BW
- Previous consulting experience out of service or complex manufacturing industry
- 2+ years overall experience
Other experience required:
- 2+ years of previous SAP experience
- Completed at least one full cycle implementations
- Ability to work as team player
- Excellent client facing communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel
- Strong problem solving skills
