SAP Consultant MRO/Service Management - Team Lead (Senior, Nationwide)
Full Job Description
As a senior SAP consultant/team lead you will be involved in the management and doing of all aspects of an SAP project implementation.
Responsibilities include leading the teams in identifying and designing requirements, system development, testing, training and support.
In addition you will be responsible for all planning, coordination and integration activities across the various project teams.
Core Skills required:
Strong knowledge of all Customer Service/CS or SD or PM modules and their integration across SAP. Also consider SAP consultant with general background in Logistics willing to learn CS and warranty processes. Also should be well versed in warranty and repair processes.
Requirements/skill set/length of time
SAP Plant Maintenance or Service Management & Customer Service or Sales and Distribution skills.
- Strong configuration skill in Equipment master, Task Lists, BOM, Serial numbers, Work center, Warranty management, Service Notification, Service orders, Service Contract,
- Desirable: knowledge of service costing and billing, variant configuration, ippE (MPL) Service Process background: In-house, Field Service Repair process integration with other modules of SAP
- Overall knowledge of Logistics modules of SAP and their integration with SD, Finance, Controlling and BW Previous consulting experience out of service or complex manufacturing industry
- approx 4-8 years overall experience
Other experience required:
- 3+ years of previous SAP experience
- Completed at least two full cycle implementations
- Ability to work as team player
- Excellent client facing communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel
- Strong problem solving skills
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor
Travel required: 100% or none if living in project location
